KianyDesigns now offers FREE GROUND SHIPPING (2 to 5 business days) on any orders anywhere within the continental U.S. We do not offer free ground shipping to Hawaii and Alaska
since this method is not provided by our carriers. For faster shipping, please proceed to our shopping cart where you can submit your name and address for an instant shipping quote.

Note: You DO NOT have to submit your credit card information or make any commitment before seeing and agreeing to your shipping charges.
Note: Corrections made to addresses after shipment will result in a $10 correction fee imposed by our courier.

Privacy & Security

All information submitted to KianyDesigns.com is held private. We DO NOT sell any customer information. Our site uses cookies. "Cookies" are files that are stored in your computer so that web servers can access certain information you've already provided in the past. Our shopping cart only uses a temporary cookie to store your shopping cart information, and a number cookie to track our advertising. We DO NOT store any of your personal information with cookies.

What information is needed to place an order?

  • Billing Address (Name, Address, Phone Number, and e-mail)
  • Shipping Address (Name, Address, Phone Number, and e-mail)
  • Billing Information (Name on Card, Card Number, Card Type, and Expiration Date)

This information is used ONLY for the purpose of processing your order. Shipping address in order to ship your order, e-mail address to send your receipt and tracking information, billing address to verify the identity of the cardholder, and phone number so that we can call you if there's a problem with your order.

All customer information is encrypted and stored in our database and gets sent to our server via RapidSSL's 128-bit Secure Server Certificate

Returns & Replacements

All of our products are new. As of the day KianyDesigns ships your order, we offer a 14-day return policy on all items unless otherwise noted on the individual product page. Your return must be received at our location by the 15th day after shipment of your order or your return will be refused.

KianyDesigns will exchange defective units to the customer with no restocking fees. Customers seeking to return for a refund, not exchange, defective items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers may also replace defective items with other items of equal or greater value with no fees; you are not obligated to replace with the same model.

To Return product(s) to KianyDesigns, please call our customer service department at 718-503-1198 or email kiany@kianydesigns.com to receive return instructions via email.

Please Note: KianyDesigns cannot be held responsible for packages until they are delivered to us, so please use a trackable and insured means of shipping (UPS or Fedex) or at get Delivery Confirmation and insurance with USPS priority mail. For most returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. For domestic customers exchanging defective merchandise only, KianyDesigns will reimburse ground shipping fees if you send us your shipping receipt, up to $6.95.

Please check your order as soon as it is received. We allow only 48 hours from time of delivery to make any claims for missing items. If your package arrived open please check contents before you accept the package. Inform delivery personnel of any problems.

Once we receive your return we will ship your replacement or process your credit within 3-5 business days. When returning an item, please do not initiate a chargeback with your credit card company. We will credit your card for your return, and a chargeback will only delay processing of your return. We vigorously work with law enforcement authorities to investigate and prosecute the fraudulent use of credit cards.

If there is a dispute of any kind, we will work with the customer to achieve a fair resolution. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. KianyDesigns welcomes bulk orders from individuals, businesses, government agencies, and the military. KianyDesigns normally offers wholesale prices for bulk orders (quantity of 12 or more). Payment, Pricing & Promotions

KianyDesigns.com accepts MasterCard or Visa, payment from your bank account, GoogleCheckout and Paypal.
KianyDesigns.com does not price-match with other retailers. We do, however, consistently work toward maintaining competitive prices on everything we carry.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be misprinted. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Many great promotional offers are available at KianyDesigns.com. When taking advantage of one, be sure to read the entire list of restrictions associated with that promotion. If your order does not seem to reflect all the benefits mentioned in the promotion, you may want to review the specific promotion's restrictions.

To qualify for a specific promotion, your order must be placed during the specified promotion period. We are unable to apply special discounts to items ordered before or after the dates of a promotional offer. Orders that are shipped to multiple addresses are also not eligible.


Viewing Orders

Log in using My Account to view orders, print receipts and rebates, cancel orders (as long as your order hasn’t been shipped or picked up), and edit your account information.
Log in using your email address, you will see only the orders made using that email address.
Once you locate your order, you'll be able to access past orders, print receipts and rebates, and cancel orders—as long as the order hasn't been shipped or picked up.


Updating Account Information

To update your contact information, go to My Account at the top of the page and sign in. You can change information once you inside.
